Track your character’s in-game currency and experience or skill points across sessions. In the New Eden preset, NE$ is the fictional game currency and DEV represents character progress. Game masters award both after a scenario.
Players can transfer game currency to each other from their profiles. Invited servers share the same game world. Use the New Eden preset or choose your own currency and progress labels for any TTRPG.
The bots currently respond in English.

Example private profile · New Eden preset
A server administrator runs /setup. Choose the KPR / New Eden preset or a custom TTRPG. Set the world name, document and value labels, and starting balances. Select trusted game master roles and confirm.
Each player runs /profile create name:Nyx. Use a fictional character name. The name must be unique within your world. /profile show displays the player’s own record privately, with horizontal dividers and compact sections.
A selected game master uses /reward players:@Nyx @Saber cash:100 dev:300 to award each participant the same amounts. Use player for one recipient. Negative values allow corrections or agreed spending; balances cannot fall below zero. Players cannot award themselves points without a GM role.
Open /profile show and click Send currency. Select a Discord player and enter a positive whole-number amount. Both players need a profile in the same world. Submitting sends your own game currency; DEV / progress points stay unchanged.
Click Recent transactions in your profile for the last 10 changes with dates and times. Awards, corrections and transfers appear in your private history for up to 90 days.
On the administration server, run /world invite access:write, ideally with the target server ID. Share the private code with its administrator. They run /setup code:…, review the world, select local GM roles and confirm. The invitation grants access; no second approval is required.
One world per server. One profile per player in each world. Use /faq whenever you need help in Discord.
/faqA short, private guide to commands, stored data and deletion. /bureau also links to this guide.
/profilecreate, show, rename, history and delete. View your own record elsewhere using /profile show world:WORLD-ID.
/profile show → Send currencyOpen the Send currency button in your profile, select a Discord player and enter the amount. Transfer your own game currency to another profile in the same world. Use positive whole numbers only; you need enough funds and the server needs write access. Both balances update together and you receive a private confirmation. Zero, decimals, insufficient funds and self-transfers are rejected. The button is disabled when viewing another world or using a read-only server. DEV / progress stays unchanged.
/reward player:@Nyx cash:250 dev:2Selected game masters award game currency with cash and experience or skill points with dev. In New Eden, these are called NE$ and DEV. Negative whole numbers allow corrections. Use players:@Nyx @Saber for up to 25 participants; amounts apply to each player. Duplicate mentions count once. If any profile is missing or a balance would be invalid, nobody receives a partial award and the private error identifies the affected user. No scenario name is needed. Balances stay between 0 and 1,000,000,000.
/world · /setupHome-server admins manage invite, servers, requests, revoke, revoke-invite, access, settings and delete. /world delete always asks privately for Yes/No confirmation before deleting the whole world and all its profiles. Local server admins use /setup to update GM roles.
/data export · /data deleteDownload your data privately as JSON or delete all your profiles after confirmation. To remove only one world’s profile, use /profile delete.
Records and configuration are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. The app processes signed Discord commands and button interactions; it does not read ordinary channel messages.
| Category | Stored fields | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| Profile | Discord user ID, profile ID, world ID, character name and normalized uniqueness key, two balances, creation/update times | Until you delete the profile |
| World settings | World ID and name, administration server ID, document/value labels, starting balances, creation time | While the community uses the world |
| Permissions | Connected server IDs, world assignment, write flag, selected GM role IDs, connection time | While the connection and roles are configured |
| Transaction history | Interaction ID for duplicate protection, profile ID, initiating Discord user ID, server ID, two changes, booking status and time | Up to 90 days; removed with its profile. Your actor ID is anonymized by /data delete |
| Invitations | Invitation ID, protected code hash, world, access, optional target server ID, issuing user ID, expiry | One use or 24 hours; also removed by issuer deletion |
| Temporary dialogs | Random dialog ID, user/server IDs, minimum setup or deletion state, expiry | 15 minutes; also removed by /data delete |
Expired entries are removed by daily maintenance and on bot use. Live profile data is removed when deletion is confirmed. Cloudflare’s recovery history can retain earlier database states for up to 30 days. Discord processes interaction data and keeps messages or exports under its own settings. We do not store interaction tokens, raw request payloads, emails, real names, channel content or private wallet keys in the application database.

Only an administrator with Manage Server or Administrator on the original administration server can use /world delete. A private Yes/No dialog explains that Yes permanently deletes this world and all player profiles, balances, history, invitations and connected-server links. No cancels without deleting anything. Current permissions are checked again when confirming. Other worlds are unaffected.
Yes. Use /reward players:@Nyx @Saber cash:100 dev:300. Each selected player receives 100 units of game currency and 300 progress points (NE$ and DEV in the New Eden preset). Mention up to 25 Discord users; duplicates count once. Everyone needs a profile in the same world. If anyone is missing a profile or would exceed a balance limit, the whole award is cancelled and the private error names that user.
One character profile per Discord account and game world, with two whole-number balances. The New Eden preset calls the profile a Citizen Record: NE$ is fictional in-game currency, and DEV tracks character development, such as experience or skill points. A custom world can rename the document and both values and choose starting balances.
A server administrator runs /setup, chooses New Eden or a custom template, selects game master roles and confirms. Players then run /profile create name:… . Character names are unique within that world, ignoring case, spacing and compatibility Unicode differences.
An administrator on the original administration server uses /world invite to choose read-only or write access. The new server’s administrator runs /setup code:… and selects local game master roles. Invitations are single-use, expire in 24 hours and can optionally be restricted to a target server ID. There is no public world directory.
Click Recent transactions at the bottom of your profile, or use /profile history. The private reply shows your last 10 balance changes with dates and times, including rewards and sent or received currency. History is kept for up to 90 days; your balances remain.
The profile must be opened on a server connected to its game world with active write access. Viewing a different world or using a read-only server still lets you see your profile and transaction history. Reopen /profile show on an authorized server to send currency.
Players can create, rename, view or delete their own profile. Only a selected game master role on a server with active write access can award or correct balances. Server administrators select roles, but do not automatically gain reward permission. /world revoke removes write access immediately.
Open /profile show and click Send currency. In the form, select a Discord player and enter the amount. Use a server with write access to your world. Both players need a profile in that world. Only positive whole numbers are accepted; zero, negative values, decimals, insufficient funds, self-transfers and recipient balance overflow are rejected. Both balances and dated transaction entries are saved together. Submitting the form transfers game currency and returns a private confirmation. Experience or skill points (DEV in New Eden) cannot be transferred.
Yes. Run /profile show world:WORLD-ID on a server where the app is installed. Only your own profile is shown, privately. Unrelated game worlds keep separate balances. Version one supports one world per server and one profile per player per world.
The bot stores Discord user IDs, character names, world and profile IDs, currency and progress balances, timestamps, server connections and selected role IDs. Transaction history includes changes, the initiating user ID and interaction ID for up to 90 days. Pending dialogs expire in 15 minutes; invitations expire in 24 hours and only a hash of the code is stored. Ordinary channel messages, emails, real names and wallet keys are not collected.
Use /data export for a private JSON download. /profile delete removes your profile in the current world after clicking Yes in a private confirmation dialog; No cancels without deleting anything. /data delete removes all your profiles across worlds, profile history, pending dialogs and invitations, and anonymizes your identity on transactions to other players. Active database deletion is immediate. Cloudflare recovery copies may remain for up to 30 days; existing messages and downloaded exports in Discord are separate.
